When you enter a Club 1BD event or program, you enter an area where photography and video recording may occur. Your entry and presence on the event premises constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with Club 1BD and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, and advertising. Club 1BD reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any Club 1BD event, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. Club 1BD may use the photograph/video in publications, promotional or other media material produced, used or contracted by Club 1BD including but not limited to: advertising, books, brochures, invitations, flyers, magazines, newspapers, promotional purposes, social media, telecasts, webcasts, websites or any other purpose by Club 1BD and its affiliates and representatives.  You release Club 1BD, its officers, and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or sound recordings.

To ensure the privacy of individuals, images will not be identified using full names without written approval from the photographed subject, parent or legal guardian.

In addition, by entering the event premises, you waive all rights or claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by Club 1BD or any person or entity designated to do so by Club 1BD.

Any person or organization not affiliated with Club 1BD may not use, copy, alter or modify Club 1BD photographs, graphics, videography or other similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from Club 1BD.

Additionally, by purchasing a ticket you're agreeing to receive email updates from the event organizers about the event.
